Devon<\/p>\n<p>Lynn and Ian produced limited edition ceramics trading as \u2018Cors Its Ceramics\u2019. Finally concentrating on \u201ccrazy\u201d bathroom pieces and selling to Europe, Australia and USA. Their work is in many private and public collections.<\/p>\n<p>They stopped producing ceramics in 1994.<\/p>\n<p>Ian is currently producing one off sculptures in cement fondue.<\/p>\n<p>Lynn is making unique ceramic bowls.<\/p>\n<p>Ian worked on an environmental research project in the Indian Ocean.<\/p>\n<p>Researched, developed and introduced the building of low-tech ferro-cement boats as a cottage industry on Lake Malawi to help address the problem of unsustainable fishing practices<\/p>\n<p>Instigated, and sourced the artifacts for Self Help\u2019s \u201cValue of Rubbish\u201d Exhibition.<\/p>\n<p>Their longstanding interest in forestry, led them to develop their smallholding (13 acres) as a conservation area<\/p>\n<p>1997 purchased 70 acres intending to develop an environmentally and economically sustainable forest using existing grants, successfully challenged Forest Service (through the EU) decision to only grant aid the planting of alien conifers.<\/p>\n<p>2002<br \/>\nEstablished The Irish Natural Forestry Foundation www.greeneconomyfoundation.ie<\/p>\n<p>He currently designs and creates lakes and wetland habitats and planting for biodiversity for private clients.<\/p>\n<p>Established Corbin Local Wildlife Park to facilitate breeding and releasing Tobago&#8217;s indigenous animals.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tobagowildlife.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">tobagowildlife.com<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Group Shows include:<\/p>\n<p>Edinburgh Festival<br \/>\nModern Ceramics, Campden Town<br \/>\nTea Cup Exhibition, Tokyo<br \/>\nCraftsmen Art, V &amp; A, London<br \/>\nInternational Ceramics, Carrigaline, Cork<br \/>\nBank of Ireland, Dublin<br \/>\nUlster Museum, Belfast<br \/>\nZurich<br \/>\nC.A.N., Cork<br \/>\nCork &#8211; Cracow, Poland<br \/>\nOne Man Shows include:<\/p>\n<p>Pace Gallery, London<br \/>\nBochum, West Germany<br \/>\nDavis Gallery, Dublin<br \/>\nCraft-Council Gallery, Dublin<br \/>\nSpiral Gallery, Cork<\/p>\n<p>Links:<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.greeneconomyfoundation.ie\" target=\"_blank\">GEF<\/a><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tobagowildlife.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Corbin Local Wildlife<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Contact:<\/p>\n<p>Ian &amp; Lynn Wright, Kilnaclasha, Skibbereen, Co.
